Age Requirements
Renters should generally be between the ages of 21 and 80 years. Exceptions are possible for
individuals aged 21-25 who can provide valid proof of full-coverage auto insurance (collision
deductible $500 or less) transferable to our rental vehicles.

Deposit Policy
Major Credit Cards:
No deposit is required for renters using a valid major credit card.Debit Cards:
A deposit is mandatory for renters using a bank-issued debit card, and the following conditions apply:The renter must provide proof of full coverage insurance that is transferable to the rental vehicle, or
Purchase third-party protection coverage for the entire rental period.
Deposit Amounts:
Deposits typically include the full rental cost plus an additional $100 to $200, depending on:The type of vehicle selected
The renter’s driving and rental history
Additional Drivers/Underage Drivers
Additional authorized drivers incur a $10/day fee and must present a valid driver’s license at pickup.
Underage drivers (18-25) is an additional fee of $15/day and requires proof of valid full-coverage insurance.
Permitted Travel Areas
Rental vehicles may travel within North Carolina and South Carolina, please contact us prior to traveling outside these regions for special rates and
availability. Written authorization is necessary for extended travel.
Insurance Requirements
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with fuel levels identical to the levels at rental commencement. Refueling fees charged for lower fuel returns are priced at a premium over local gas prices. Low Fuel Fee $75.00
Optional Equipment
Optional equipment such as child safety seats are available for an extra charge. Please inquire regarding availability and rates.
One-Way Rentals and Vehicle Drop-off
Vehicles must be returned to our rental location during standard business hours. Returns or drop-offs at unauthorized locations incur additional fees of $100, including vehicle recovery charges of $150
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled booking date will not incur any penalty.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date will be charged one full day’s rental rate plus applicable taxes and fees.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in full or partial loss of payment at the company’s discretion.
Tolls, Fees, and Violations
Renters are accountable for any tolls, parking violations, and traffic tickets obtained during the rental period. Penalties, fines, and an administrative fee will be charged directly to the renter. Our third-party toll service provider charges a daily fee of $10.00 plus toll expenses. Renters can avoid these fees by using their personal toll transponder.
